In 2010, Automated Assembly Inc. was incorporated by Tiercel Technology Corp. to manage the contract assembly of electrotechnical system assemblies. This work is carried out in conjunction with our sister company, JGW Machine Limited, which is vertically integrated to assist customers who require machined or formed metal components, welded and powder-painted parts, and advanced manufacturing equipment solutions.

Automated Assembly Inc. specializes in design for manufacturing solutions that optimize product development from concept to production. We provide proof of concept prototype development, design for manufacturing and assembly assistance, BOM validation (bill of materials validation), assembly validation, complete work instructions, quality assurance test plans, and sourcing and manufacturing strategies.

Lot traceability and serialization are available through the enterprise resource planning system, allowing Automated Assembly Inc. to maximize quality control by tracking raw materials from receipt to manufacture, assembly, testing/inspection, inventory stocking, and final distribution. This rigorous quality improvement process ensures quality assurance certification and provides the ability to monitor expirations and warranties through improving quality control manufacturing systems.
